Welcome to the Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms") for VENTUR Trips FZ-LLC. This document serves as a contract between you and VENTUR Trips FZ-LLC ("we" or "us"), and it governs your attendance of a Ventur trip (collectively, the "Service"). Please review these Terms carefully before using the Service, as accessing, viewing, or using the Service signifies your agreement to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to book a yacht trip with VENTUR Trips FZ-LLC. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
2. Services
VENTUR Trips FZ-LLC provides tailored yacht trip arrangements for high-net-worth individuals. Our services include booking yachts, catering, onboard entertainment, and customized itineraries.
3. Bookings
3.1 Reservation: To secure a booking, the total trip cost must be paid in full. You can pay via crypto or credit / debit card. Our payment providers are BoomFi and Stripe.
3.2 Changes and Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure will result in a forfeiture of the full payment. Cancellations made within 30 days of departure will result in a 100% charge.
4. Pricing
Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Prices include all services outlined in itinerary but do not cover incidental expenses incurred during the trip.
5. Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the crew and other persons. Misconduct may result in termination of the trip without refund and additional charges if damages are incurred.
6. Safety and Compliance
6.1 Safety Equipment: All yachts are equipped with safety equipment that meets regulatory requirements. Attendees must follow all safety instructions given by the crew.
6.2 Compliance: Attendees must comply with all local laws and regulations, including those governing maritime activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
VENTUR Trips FZ-LLC will not be liable for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages arising from the use of our services, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VENTUR Trips FZ-LLC and its employees, from and against all liabilities, costs, demands, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VENTUR Trips FZ-LLC is registered.
10. Modifications to Terms
VENTUR Trips FZ-LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
